Gasharu Natural Bourbon is cultivated in the Nyamasheke-Gatare District of Rwanda's Western Province. Grown at an impressive altitude of 1600-2100 meters, this coffee embodies the essence of its region. Its rich flavor profile is derived from careful natural processing, resulting in a vibrant cup. The coffee's tasting notes include the sweetness of apricots, yellow plums, dried figs, and a finish of pure cocoa.
Processing
